Entrepreneur, innovator and executive with Over 35 years of experience in managing, building and running technology companies.

Founder & CEO of OTI, a NASDAQ traded global technology leader with more than 250 employees, annual sales of 50 Million USD, IP portfolio of over 100 patents and hundreds of millions of users.

Prior to founding OTI, served as the president of Electro-Galil. Mr. Bashan was awarded the Leading Businessman Award in Management, Business and Economics by the Israeli Institute of Public Opinion. Mr. Bashan holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. in economics and business management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Ziskind is a highly experienced high-tech innovator and company leader with two decades of expertise in launching, developing, and expanding pioneering enterprises that were later acquired by leading firms in their fields. Throughout his career, Mr. Ziskind has been instrumental in the success of numerous companies playing a key role in every stage of the business value chain, from ideas, to IP portfolio management, to development, manufacturing, and commercialization of products that have become established industry standards.

Mr. Ziskind was co-founder and CEO of Galatea Ltd., a groundbreaking startup in diamond manufacturing from 2004 to 2023. Under his leadership, Galatea developed a pioneering electro-optics technology that became the industry gold standard, driving significant innovations in the field. His role encompassed a broad range of responsibilities, including spearheading research and development, managing intellectual property with a global patent portfolio, defining product specifications, and leading the company through challenging global conditions, including the 2007-2008 financial crisis, ultimately resulting in its acquisition by Sarin Technologies, the world’s leading company in the field. Prior to this, Mr. Ziskind was an engineer at Lithotech Ltd., where he contributed to the development of medical technologies, and at Eurika Ltd., where he worked on various engineering projects.

Mr. Ziskind has dual degrees in mechanical engineering and management from Tzur University.

Aharon Klein, co-founded Ir. Med, Ltd in September 2013 and served as director since then and Chief Operating Officer from September 2013 until the date of the Acquisition. Upon the Acquisition, he was appointed Chief Technology Officer in. Mr. Klein is a medical device and biotech expert, with a strong clinical background. Prior to founding the Company, from 2004 to 200,7 Mr. Klein co-founded and served as CEO of Fertiligent, a start-up company focused on innovative fertility treatments, which was acquired by a United Kingdom based investment group in 2008. From 2008 to 2013, immediately prior to co-founding the Company, he founded a medical device company developing infrared based diagnostic tools for diagnosing colon cancer insito without the need for biopsies (optical biopsies). Mr. Klein graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. Mr. Klein is experienced in initiating and running medical device start-up companies, including development running clinical trials and regulatory affairs.

Aharon Binur, Mr. Aharon Binur has been appointed CDO- Chief development officer – of R&D to lead product development at IR-MED, Aharon is electronics engineer who graduated from the Technion in Haifa, Israel. Aharon started as electronics engineer at OTI, and quickly climbed to a development manager at a subsidiary and was later appointed VP of R&D at OTI, and VP of products for a cumulative more than 13 years. Aharon also served as CTO and VP of R&D at Lehavot- advanced fire protection systems, for over 8 years. Aharon has extensive experience in multidisciplinary technological management, including software, hardware and mechanics, development of final systems and products for the client, while maintaining high quality and international standards. Aharon has a unique and creative approach to technology management, including patents registered on his name.

Mr. Levkoviz was appointed to Chief Financial Officer upon the effectiveness of the Acquisition. Mr. levkoviz served from 2011 -2021 in Achdut Israel Ltd., an Israeli company providing accounting and economic consulting services, as a regional manager. Prior to that period, Mr. Levkoviz served as a Chief Controller at OTI, global company, Nasdaq traded company, from 2005 through 2011. Mr. Levkoviz received his CPA from Ramat Gan College and an executive BA in Busines Administration from Rupin College in Israel. In addition Mr Levkoviz served ten years as a chairman of finance and human resource committee at Ohalo College and also 5 years as a director at the development company of Katzrin , MR Levkoviz is a member of katzrin plenum.

Dr. Yaniv Cohen PhD MSc, co-founder of IR-Med, is a skilled scientist and entrepreneur, with years of experience leading R&D development for medical devices companies. His fields of expertise include electro-optics, infrared spectroscopy and medical devices using infrared light.

He has successfully led the development of medical devices from early concept to commercial product. His current research at Prof. Avigdor Scherz’s lab at the Weizmann Institute of Science is focused on the launch of Immune Photo Activated Cancer Therapy treatment for solid tumors.

Previous work experience includes Cisco and Tokyo Electron Israel. Dr. Cohen earned his Ph.D. from the world-renowned National Research

Mr. Vachnis is a seasoned multidisciplinary R&D leader with more than 17 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering SW and HW products. Avi have a vast experience in early-stage start-ups, building full-stack SW, mobile, web, DevOps and cloud infrastructures, drives evolving design, prototypes and MVPs into a full-fledged product launch. His expertise and passion are focused on cloud solutions, highly available distributed systems, big data, AI/ML and algorithms.

Prior to joining IR-Med, Avi was a VP R&D at OUTLOCKS. He has led the company transition from an electro-mechanics outdoor locks manufacturer to a world leader access management solution provider, delivering a cloud-based platform that provides a highly secured access solution to mission critical sites and assets. Previously, Avi has led the R&D at Lumos-Global, build a globally distributed cloud platform that brings an affordable and green electricity to the ~1.3 billions living off grid. Prior to Lumos-Global, Avi joined the foundation team of CloudBand at Alcatel-Lucent, build the first NFV cloud platform that orchestrates distributed datacenters for tier-1 carriers.

Avi has a BSc in Software Engineering from Ort Braude College of Engineering, Israel.
